In August 2024, Pokharel Law was founded with a mission: to provide dedicated and compassionate legal support for immigrants, refugees, and displaced individuals. Our work goes beyond case files—we offer hope, guidance, and trusted representation during life’s most uncertain moments.

Meet Our Founder
I’m Pokharel, founder and principal lawyer at Pokharel Law. I hold an LLB (Hons) from BPP University in the UK and an LLM in Business Law from the University of Montreal. I was called to the Ontario Bar in November 2022 and later gained experience working at one of the largest refugee law firms in Toronto.
Throughout my career, I’ve handled over 100 refugee cases and helped individuals and families build secure lives in Canada. My multilingual ability in English, Hindi, Nepali (plus basic French and German) enables me to serve clients from diverse backgrounds with clarity and connection.
