If you are a resident of Ontario, you may be eligible for Legal Aid Ontario. Please contact Legal Aid Ontario to determine your eligibility.
If you reside outside of Ontario, you may still qualify for legal aid in your province. At this time, we only accept legal aid certificates for residents of Ontario.
If you are not eligible for Legal Aid Ontario, we offer reasonable and flexible legal fees for your refugee claim process. Contact us for more information.
